🏡A Holiday Present🎁

This is a special one! Of all my clients, this is someone I have known the longest. My client is my high school classmate from Bangalore, my beautiful hometown. While we have outgrown our school years many moons ago, we had fun reminiscing and had to give a nod to our school colors for the good old times!

The buyers contacted me in early Fall with an interest in finding a property in the Trivalley area preferably close to schools and with quick access to the highways. The goal was to take advantage of the slower real estate market and get into a quality, one-level, single family home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The buyers and I diligently checked out listings in Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore and zeroed in on the West Dublin area as their target neighborhood.

The home on Countess Court in West Dublin checked off all the boxes for the buyers and is close to great shopping and eateries to boot. It is on a quiet cul de sac and has updated kitchen and baths, four sunlit bedrooms and a fabulous backyard perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

The buyers couldn’t ask for more in the house. I couldn’t ask for better buyers who knew what they wanted, were quick learners who absorbed my research and guidance and made the winning decision when they saw the perfect property.
