As a first time home buyer, I was serious and sensitive to choose a realtor who can represent on be half of me. Believe it or not, I have interviewed about 30 realtors in South Bay area and East Bay area. My final decision? That was ARCHANA! she was knowledgeable and wise. The biggest part which she made me decide her was her communicative skills. As might have been expected, she explained me the often convoluted home buying process clearly to make sure I make the most advantageous decisions. Archana is the BEST realtor for new home buyers especially first time buyers. She is well organized, prompt in response and always does a thorough analysis on the properties. She explains very clearly on each aspect/steps on the new home purchase and patiently clarifies all our doubts/queries. My family and I were looking to relocate to the Bay Area from New York City. We had no idea about the area or the communities. Archana really helped us by giving us the relevant information about the Greater Bay Area and also connecting us with with knowledgeable realtors in Marin County and South Bay while she helped us with our search in the East Bay. I found her to be well informed about the overall real estate climate, the East Bay and its communities in particular. She was easy to reach, quick to respond to any question we had, flexible with her schedule and quickly grasped the kind of house and features that appealed to us. Archana was quite phenomenal to work with. We had the opportunity to work with her when we hired her after our first realtor was unsuccessful at selling the house for the initial 4 months. She was able to hit the ground running and did a very job at repositioning the house, repricing it accurately and building a custom marketing plan.
