We had an excellent experience working with Archana for selling our home. Throughout the entire journey, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.

Our situation was unique and required extra coordination, but Archana adapted quickly and handled everything with ease. She went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free, including coordinating cross-country document signing and ensuring every step was handled efficiently. She was always available to answer our questions, and her guidance gave us confidence in every decision we made. We truly appreciated her dedication, patience, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us.

We highly recommend Archana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Archana, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a seamless and positive one!

Archana was an exceptional realtor. Always well-prepared, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. From the start, she understood our needs and guided us through the entire home-buying process with patience and clarity. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, we were able to find and purchase our home in December 2024, with a search time of only 4–5 months. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Archana to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding realtor.

Archana was amazing to work with from start to finish. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We were relocating, and she was super flexible and accommodating with our timeline. She stayed patient throughout the process as we waited to find the right home. Never rushed us and always gave honest, helpful advice. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Her knowledge of the market made a big difference. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free because of her. We felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Archana if you’re looking for a great real estate agent.

We had the pleasure of working with Archana Iyer this year. She helped buy our beautiful home in the middle of the wine country in Livermore. Archana is a very patient listener and does not hesitate to advise you when the need arises. Her valuable advise was what helped us get our dream home at the price we offered! Archana also helped us sell our home in Pleasanton. She paid attention to all the details and kept us informed. She is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. For example she took it upon herself to replace all the fixtures in our home that we sold and made it look amazing. She arranged for all the inspections and followed up on every small detail. We definitely could not have done that by ourselves. Thanks to Archana we had multiple offers on our home. She guided and helped us all along the process and made both buying and selling a great experience. My husband and I highly…

It was such a pleasure working with Archana Iyer throughout the real estate buying process. We met her for the first time on the day of looking at the particular home in Pleasanton and she was not only prepared in 30 minutes to meet me but she came with all the materials regarding the home, in addition to comps information. She exceeded my expectations and brought her all to the game. She was professional, caring and had a positive attitude, while closely reviewing every details of the home purchase process with her keen eyes. Archana was fun to work with and showed a warm insight to what we were looking for in the home and neighborhood. I would highly recommend Archana Iyer to anyone who is seeking to purchase or sell their home. As a result of our positive experience with her, we are continuing our new relationship with her to help us sell our other property in the Contra Costa county.
